Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of OperatorX, a software service operated by Saxor (“Saxor”, “we”, “us”) for business customers managing Sprinter van freight operations.

By accessing or using OperatorX, you agree to these Terms on behalf of the business entity you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

OperatorX is a load and financial operations tool. It is not a transportation management system (TMS) replacement for broker/carrier compliance platforms, and it does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter, for authorizing users under your account, and for complying with applicable transportation, employment, and tax laws in the jurisdictions where you operate.

Accounts are provided for legitimate business use. You must keep credentials confidential and notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by Florida and U.S. law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes lies in state or federal courts located in Florida, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
